Health & Wellness Collective opening 2027. Expressions of interest are now open 🤍

19/09/2026

Thank you to everyone who has reached out and requested a draft practitioner proposal for The Rosary Rooms.

We’re incredibly excited to see expressions of interest already beginning to be confirmed at this early stage. The response has given us great confidence in what we’re creating and growing here in Grafton.

We’ve continued liaising closely with Council and are feeling increasingly positive that we’re moving closer to approval.

Before we begin advertising the venture more formally, we wanted to extend the invitation once again to health and wellness practitioners who may feel aligned with becoming part of this collective.

All initial conversations and expressions of interest are welcomed in complete confidence. The property will also be open for practitioners to view on 14 November 2026.

Please reach out privately if you would like to learn more, arrange a private inspection or receive a draft practitioner proposal.

The conversations are continuing—and The Rosary Rooms are beginning to take shape. ✨

We’re still welcoming expressions of interest from independent health and wellbeing practitioners looking for a beautiful, flexible and professional space in Grafton.

With private practitioner rooms, workshop and studio space, and options for casual, regular or full-time use, this proposed collective is being created to support independent practice alongside genuine community.

Anticipated opening early 2027, subject to approval.

Interested? Message me to request the Practitioner Proposal or begin a confidential conversation.

Independent practice. Collective presence.

It’s all underway.

We’re preparing to convert our much-loved Airbnb destination back into a beautiful commercial setting—this time, for health and wellbeing practitioners.

While the finer details are being worked through in the background, we want to know: who’s in?

Who’s looking for a new practice location? Who’s keen to have a conversation? Who can see themselves working from The Rosary Rooms?

We’re exploring flexible options to suit practitioners at different stages—from casual room hire and part-time arrangements through to permanent, full-time use.

Proposed opening early 2027.

Expressions of interest are now open. Send us a direct message or email Kylie at [email protected] to receive the draft Practitioner Proposal.

Rob from Port Macquarie stayed with us this week in Gardenia Room. He and his wife were here to enjoy the Jacarandas and of course The Rosary Rooms. Rob has been kind enough to to share some of his shots 💜 Credit Rob McCluskey visuals
