Our tenant knew what they wanted from the start. Despite the other options we gave them, it was always this one.

After wading our way past a few contact changes, we finally found the person who was excited to hear from us and eager to seal the deal on our proposed terms.

I love it when people phone me to ask if I have a listing that might suit them....
And that's what happened here.

After discussing their needs, we had the perfect pocket listing for them. It wasn't online because it's not the prettiest space in photographs, but it ticked every box - size, amenity, position and budget. And allows opportunities for the tenant to work with the retail businesses on site and project expansion.

It is the most perfect way to end the week.
