We do this by going back to basics and serving a full balanced plate of food,

Each BLOCK MEAL includes a protein, stable and salad / veggie option. All proteins are cooked to order in under 4 mins allowing us to keep the highest nutritional value

All of our staple options are slow release carbohydrates to allow you to sustain energy for longer. We have a number of salads the feature raw ingredients to optimise your nutritional intake

Each meal is designed by the customer to allowing you to achieve any dietary requirements you may have.

Concrete slab day at the homestead. We mixed and poured it ourselves to save a few dollars — hard work, but pretty satisfying seeing it all come together. Now we wait for it to cure.
