Recently Queensland community Riverton celebrated Stage 3A, welcoming new residents at the latest settlement event. 🏠🎉

Residents enjoyed the chance to meet their future neighbours, connect with the community and mark their special moment with a photo next to the ‘sold’ sign.

Alongside afternoon nibbles and meeting new faces, the Riverton team was excited to celebrate the start of the latest chapter for the newest residents within the community.

Settlement events provide residents with the opportunity to make new connections and understand their neighbours share the same journey before even moving in.

Queensland community Harmony celebrated our furriest friends at its annual Paws in the Park!

Over free coffee, plenty of puppucinos and a BBQ breakfast, our community spent the morning surrounded by four-legged friends from big to small, and fluffy to fabulous!

While celebrating the furry friends and tight-knit community we share, the event raised funds for the Chancellor Park Soccer Club.

AVID could not be more excited to support events which bring neighbours together and raise funds for local initiatives.

AVID community Somerford in coming to life as the Victorian community grows, welcoming the development of infrastructure and nearby amenities. 🏠🩷

AVID’s Vantage communities, Lilywood and Logan Reserve, recently welcomed 12 new designer display homes across the two neighbourhoods! 🏡

Melbourne community Lyndarum North has welcomed the opening of two new recreational parks, bringing more space to play for residents and locals alike. 🌳

Lovicks Road Park and Dartmouth Park feature over two hectares of combined green space, offering more areas for birthday celebrations, playground visits and exercise equipment.

In line with the recent opening, AVID could not be more excited to see residents enjoy new sports courts, play equipment and picnic areas.

For Lyndarum North residents, the parks could not have come at a better time as our community grows and requires more recreational amenities.

Rosemary has built five homes at Waterford with no intention of looking back! 🏘️

What started as a daily drive past the Waterford community on the way to pick up her boys from school, Rosemary has since watched the neighbourhood evolve into such a supportive place to live.

Chisholm Plaza will soon offer Waterford residents a much-anticipated neighbourhood shopping centre, allowing residents to pop down and shop at major retailers Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and Aldi. 🛍️

The precinct will be more than a standalone shopping centre, boasting over 50 specialty tenancies which increase retail choice, dining selection and essential services for the Waterford community.

What a memorable morning as we celebrated the final Settlement Day at Covella on Saturday 23 May! 🏡

Thank you to all residents who joined us on Saturday night for the amazing Covella Long Table Dinner!

It was a beautiful night filled with great food, fantastic entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to connect with neighbours and friends. With live music from our very own resident band, The Thrashed Bandicoots, plus Henna artists, face painters, kids’ bushcraft and a wonderful Bollywood act of dancers and drumming, it was a night to remember!
