WHAT IS INVOLVED IN HIRING A PROPERTY MANAGER!
1. Invite a property manager to appraise your investment property
to find out what rent would be per week.
2. Find out what it would cost you for it to be managed. And
what is involved in the management fee.
3. If it is acceptable than need to sign the property management
agreement.
4. Once signed the property manage will advertise it For
Rent.
5. Property manager will screen the applicant(s) to ensure
they are reliable and can afford the weekly rent.
6. Suitable tenant(s) with their information will be
emailed to the landlord(s) for them to choice.
7. Once tenant is accepted by the landlord(s) then the tenant(s) will sign the lease agreement.
8. Before the keys are handed over to the tenant(s) they
will have to pay 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent.
9. Every fortnight the landlord(s) will receive the 2 weeks
rent, less the property management fee.
10. Every 3 month there is a routine inspection of the rental
property to ensure that the tenant(s) look after it. The
landlord(s) receive the inspection report with photos.
11. Every month the landlord(s) receive the monthly statement
of incoming and outgoing money.
12. At the end of the financial year the landlord(s) will receive
the 12-month year to date summary.
