The main house has 3 bedrooms (1x king, 1x queen, 1x king single & 1 single trundle), large bathroom with walk in shower & double vanity. The open plan kitchen, dining, and living room styled with earthy tones evokes a feeling of calm and tranquillity.
A cosy wood heater for the cooler months and large undercover deck with over-head heaters ensures cocktail hour is a joy all year round. A weber barbeque on the deck has all the accessories for a successful cook up, including a bar fridge to keep the beverages icy cold.
An undercover walkway joins a second dwelling that includes a separate wing, with 2 bedrooms (1x queen & single bunk set), bathroom, garage & laundry. The second open plan living & dining room includes a kitchenette and double glass sliding doors which opens to the undercover alfresco & hammock area.
The property has free Wi-Fi with the main house having the best reception. In the main lounge room guests have access to a Chrome Cast to watch streaming services from their own devices. There is also a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs in both living areas. Televisions are in both living areas, master bedroom, and garage. The second dwelling can be prone to Wi-Fi dropouts. During bad weather or busy peek times like school holidays internet coverage throughout the area can occasionally be slow.
The fully fenced property has a long, asphalt driveway with basketball hoop to keep the ballers and scooter riders entertained. The garage has an array of equipment for use including tennis rackets, sand toys, and golf clubs to borrow. A summer siesta in the double hammock is a popular choice for guests and the large outdoor family fire pit is the perfect opportunity to toast marshmallows, have a sing along and connect with loved ones. At dusk you will find wallabies & rabbits grazing on the back lawn.
