With so much talk around interest rates & the property market, I wanted to give you an honest market update on our beautiful Greenslopes, using data to tell the story of where we're sitting in the property cycle.

The average 3 bedroom home in Greenslopes is now sitting at $1.035m and units at $425,000 which is delivering some incredible results for vendors looking to capitalize on this market.

With vacancies still being extremely tight at .8% vacancy rates, Greenslopes, along with the rest of Brisbane, continues to be a great decision for property investors.
