An amazing night spent recognising some very deserving people and celebrating everything we’ve achieved together.

The Canberra market remains challenging, with subdued demand, high stock levels, weaker auction conditions and rising days on market.

However, there are green shoots heading into spring 🌱

Over the past 3–4 weeks, our team has seen buyer activity increase by approximately 25–30%, with Momentum Property continuing to outperform the broader market — including average days on market of just over 30 days, compared with the city average of 79 days.

Canberra house rents have also reached a record $710 per week, while unit rents remain at $580 per week.

In a changing market, experience, strategy and strong buyer engagement matter.
