Fortunately, my reputation in the town has ensured, that people are aware that the recent posts and news reports of a property manager undertaking illegal acts, had nothing to do with me or our business.
For nearly 30 years, I have dedicated my career to real estate and Gunnedah.
A fact I’m proud of.

Unfortunately, this particular person, just happens to have the same surname as our family.
SHE IS and HAS no connection to our family.
I had resigned from Ewings several years before Fair Trading acted on her illegal actions.

Please be reminded they currently in Gunnedah & Curlewis we are on level 1 water restrictions.
This limits the use of hand held hoses and sprinklers to the hours of 6-8 pm only during daily light savings.
Please be advised that the Council can detect spikes in water usage during any period of time during a 24 hour period.
Irregular usage can and will be detected.
Please ensure you are adhering to the restrictions for the benefit of the whole town.
