Big things are taking shape behind the scenes at Crangan Bay 🌿✨

While you may not spot it from the road just yet, our latest aerial update shows the lake reserve pathway network beginning to weave its way through the stunning coastal bushland corridor surrounding the lake.

Foundation layers are now nearing completion, with pathway paving and landscaping coming next 👣🌱 Creating even more space to walk, unwind, connect with nature and enjoy the relaxed lakeside lifestyle Crangan Bay is all about.

Works across Stage 2 will continue over the coming months, with planning also progressing toward the final stage of construction — the future boardwalk connection linking through to the already completed Stage 1 pathway at Lions Park, Gwandalan, due to commence later this year.

We can’t wait to share more as this beautiful community space continues to come to life 💙

Across Stages 5 and 6, works are continuing to move ahead steadily, with major milestones now complete and the next phase of infrastructure taking shape.

The future heart of the community is really starting to take shape 🌿🛝

Pathways are now finalised, landscaping is well underway with a selection of mature trees now planted, and the biggest update yet — the play equipment is officially in and looking fantastic!

Works are progressing well and we can’t wait to welcome the community to enjoy the space. Opening date to be confirmed in the coming months — stay tuned for more updates.
