Every now and then you meet one of those rare people who make a lasting impact just by being themselves. Nigel, you will be sorely missed as a colleague and a mentor but most of all a friend.

It’s with the heaviest of hearts that we share the incredibly sad news of the sudden passing of our dear friend and colleague, Nigel Pretty.
Nigel was truly one of a kind, kind-hearted, generous, and endlessly supportive. He had a remarkable way of making people feel seen, heard, and valued.
Whether it was a warm chat, a shared laugh, or quiet encouragement, Nigel left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know him.
His passion for real estate was real, but what set Nigel apart was his deep dedication to his eXp family. Always contributing. Always collaborating.
Always lifting others up.
Nigel gave so much of himself to our community, and his legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the culture he helped shape. 💙
Our thoughts and deepest love go out to Tracey, his family, friends, and all who are grieving this tremendous loss.
