Where have all the cheap houses gone? Just did a search for comparable properties in Victoria - just 3 came up!

1. House,
2. land size min 3000-5000m2,
3. under $275K,
4. Only show properties with a price
5. Exclude properties under contract/offer

This is what came up and i think Little House on the Hill measures up well on value:

A bit of revelation today; looking over the updated Section 32, and the total area of the land - being 4050m2, I checked...

A bit of revelation today; looking over the updated Section 32, and the total area of the land - being 4050m2, I checked to see what that is in the old Imperial measurements and it turns out its just a tad over, not under an Acre as I had believed for the past 3 years!

Not much has changed since April (except for weather) but I've got some more photos to post. The plants have grown, its a little bit brighter, ....and the property might be sold, before even advertising or listing it (TBC).
These are from inside and in a separate post next, - the yard, garden and the outside perimeter.
