As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Administration Assistant to join our team.
Qualifications & experience
Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
Ability to read technical/construction drawings or experience in the building sector advantageous
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Database management and data entry - Accurate input and management of data.
Office management skills - Good organisational skills, attention to detail, managing conflicting time lines
Financial book keeping - Entering receipts, processing payments, payroll, invoicing, monthly statements
Co-ordinate and schedule appointments with sub-contractors and suppliers
Report preparation - Preparation of reports/data for submission to government agencies.
