A great milestone at Prime Prahran this week, with purchaser inspections underway — the final step before the call for settlement.

The builder will now complete the final detailing and finishing touches ahead of handover. It’s rewarding to see Prime reaching this final stage, and we look forward to welcoming owners into their new homes in the coming weeks.

✔️ External wall wrap works are nearing completion.
✔️ Roof plumbing installation is progressing well and remains on schedule.
✔️ Stair assembly works are approaching completion.
✔️ Building services installation is nearing completion.
✔️ Roof insulation installation is close to completion.
✔️ Joinery shop drawings have been finalised, with production scheduled to commence in the coming weeks.
✔️ Window installations have been completed.
✔️ Lifts have been delivered to site in preparation for installation.
