Mitchell is one of the first people many of our clients speak with at Hunter Gather, helping them take the first step towards buying property with confidence. As a Sales Development Representative, he enjoys getting to know people’s goals, understanding their situation and c***ecting them with the right buyer’s agent to guide them through the journey.

Originally from New Zealand, Mitchell recently made the move to Brisbane, bringing with him a strong background in client relationships and a genuine passion for helping people. He believes great conversations are built on listening first, being approachable and always putting the client experience front and centre.

With values dipping 0.6% in July, buyers now have more negotiating power than they’ve had in years.

For upsizers in particular, selling for slightly less can be offset by a much bigger saving on the property you’re buying.
