A Springtime Update 🍃
Last month, we farewelled Sofia Marie, who moved on from Urban Quarter after seven wonderful years as our Estate Manager at Springtime.
Those who had the pleasure of working with Sofia would agree that her calm presence, friendly nature, and genuine care made her an invaluable part of our team. We sincerely thank Sofia for her dedication, professionalism, and contribution over the years, and we wish her every success as she embarks on this exciting new chapter in her career.
As one chapter closes, another begins – and we’re thrilled to welcome Anna Pilling as our new Sales Representative at Springtime.
Anna brings extensive experience in real estate sales, having successfully delivered land sales for some of Perth’s leading developers. Her industry knowledge and passion for helping buyers achieve their property goals make her a fantastic addition to the team.
We’re excited for our communities to benefit from her expertise and enthusiasm.

Almost a year on from the opening of the park along Perendale Parkway and we’re thrilled to see how beautifully the landscape has flourished. The soft winter light highlights every leaf and the vegetation is thriving. 🌳🍃💚

Judging by the smiles (and empty boxes), everyone agreed the Fire Truck Pizzeria was an absolute hit! 🍕🚒 Of course, the star of the show was none other than the Easter Bunny, hopping in for plenty of cuddles, giggles and the all-important Easter Egg Hunt. 🐰🍫
