I Ihaven’t posted much lately.

But posting this to assist tenants.

I know a lot of you might think I’m brutal when it comes to routine inspection comments but I’m just being honest with my feedback and seriously just trying to save you money in the end.

If you don’t keep the property well throughout the tenancy it’ll cost you money when you vacate. So here’s a few tips; when agents do inspections:

Ensure you
Vacuum the floors
Have the dishes done
Have all wet areas clean, bathrooms, laundry, kitchen etc.
Have the Lawns and gardens tidy
Keep the window tracks and door tracks clean
Cobwebs away
Ceiling fans clean and air con filters clean

These are all things a property manager checks and present to the owners of the properties after carrying out inspections with pictures.

Treat their property as if it’s your own.

Dont make changes, don’t paint the house or do anything without their permission. Have everything in writing and you’ll be okay.

If in doubt don’t go ahead without having it in writing and for inspections, go above and beyond to ensure everything is spotless.
