We’re delighted to welcome our newest residents of Serenity Green, with Stage 2 settlements now well underway. The third and final stage of homes is expected to settle before Christmas – a wonderful way to finish 2022 for the founding residents of this very special development, and a terrific milestone for the Keylin and Kinstone JV team.

A warm welcome to the founding residents of Serenity Green!

This week settlements commenced in Stage 1 of our community’s first medium-density development and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. Despite starting construction at the height of the pandemic and facing its share of COVID, weather and supply chain disruptions, the finish line is in sight and we look forward to welcoming residents in Stages 2 and 3 in the near future.

A big thank you to The Urban Developer for organising a site tour of the Serenity 4212 master planned community this week as part of their annual Urbanity conference. It was a great opportunity to reflect on just how much has been achieved since Serenity 4212 was launched in early 2020. Our first three residential communities have sold out, planning for future releases is progressing, and construction is advancing at our Serenity Green and Serenity Reserve townhome developments.

A parade of internationally protected birds will depart the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Reserve, adjoining Serenity 4212, on their epic 25,000-kilometre journey back to the Northern Hemisphere. Departing this month, 24 migratory bird species will return home to Europe, Asia, and the UK after their annual stop-over on the Gold Coast. Among them, the threatened Eastern Curlew (pictured) which will return to Russia and North-Eastern China, and the Grey-tailed Tattler which will return to the Siberian Mountains.

The latest snapshot of construction progress at Serenity Green and Serenity Reserve! Finishes and landscaping works are in progress on a number of residences at Serenity Green and the resident amenities are also taking shape, with work underway on the pool and recreational BBQ shelters. The first slabs have been poured at Serenity Reserve, with more to follow in the coming weeks.

Another great birds-eye view of Serenity 4212 coming to life! The community continues to take shape despite the recent challenges of weather events, supply chain delays and COVID. Final finishes and landscaping works have commenced to a number of residences at Serenity Green, whilst further residences are advancing with internal fit-outs, kitchen installations and final cladding works. The final slabs are being prepared and due to be poured in the coming days with installation of frames to follow. At Serenity Reserve, the recent weather has impacted the civil works program, however the first slabs have been poured with more due to follow in the coming days. Frames will commence shortly after whilst the team work hard to progress the remainder of the site cut and fill, and installation of services.
