We recently had the pleasure of hosting a thank you event to celebrate the completion of our works at Grande Florida and Victoria Square.

These events are an opportunity for us to show our appreciation to the Client and residents for their ongoing support, patience, and collaboration throughout the construction process. Delivering projects in live environments is always a team effort, and it was great to come together and celebrate the completion of the works.

At Grande Florida, works included an external refurbishment featuring fascia and gutter replacement, repairs and a full repaint of the external walls and roof tiles, as well as the replacement of BBQ roof structures.

At Victoria Square, the project involved a comprehensive podium refurbishment, including waterproofing, swimming pool and spa resurfacing, construction of a new suspended deck, repainting, and the installation of a new shade structure.

The Tweed community is set to benefit from additional car parking at Tweed Valley Hospital, following the appointment of Alder, to undertake works to expand car parking capacity.

We teamed up with CSQ and WorldSkills Australia for our Building Blocks Try-a-Trade Day at the Brisbane BMW site.

Students from St Joseph’s Nudgee College got hands-on with:

The energy, curiosity, and excitement these students brought to site shows the future of construction is in great hands.

*BNE Project Completion - Oakleigh State School Multi-purpose Hall*
We’re excited to share the completion of Oakleigh State School’s new multi-purpose hall, carpark and external works – built with students, staff and the broader school community in mind.

Delivered over three stages, the project includes:
🏀 A fully equipped multi-use court & AV-ready stage
🏃‍♂️ A new long jump pit and running track
🏫 New playground with soft-fall and shade sail
🚗 A 16-bay carpark + hydrant system upgrade
🚶‍♀️ Covered walkways for seamless connections between buildings
🍴 Refurbished canteen and multipurpose rooms

*Beaudesert’s Town Centre Gets a Major Upgrade*
We’ve recently completed a big infrastructure project in the heart of Beaudesert – upgrading the underground stormwater system and refreshing Short and Brisbane Streets.

This project involved the installation of over 300 metres of new culverts, safe construction of a new roundabout, and improvements to footpaths, landscaping, lighting and roadworks – all while keeping things moving in a busy, live environment.

A big thanks to the local businesses and community for their patience and cooperation. We’re proud to play a role in enhancing the places where people live, work and connect.
