As we start Winter we move our focus to the Water Element in TCM, the practice will have a subtle shift to the Kidney and Urinary Bladder Meridian Channels, expect lots of focus on the back body and inner seam of the thighs and our wonderful balls will appear in our Yin Classes.

Very limited space is left to move this week, still some space for Wednesday and Friday Hot Vinyasa Flow if you want to experience a different view on Yoga.

Another incredible week of movement, stillness and internal observation over at Namaste Hepburn, our theme for the week was to manifest our dreams, inspired by my friend and teacher Daniela Mandala from SoHA Yoga in Bali .yoga a place I have trained and recently had the honour of assisting and guiding others on their own journey.

Yad bhavam tad bhavati means as you worship so you become.

Inspiring particularly to me, all my life through any challenges that have been thrown in my path, I have decided where I would land, every time I arrived where I manifested or dreamt the destination, you can as well.

YOGA AT NAMASTE HEPBURN THIS WEEK

Yoga is not just about the Posture, it never was, the main purpose of Yoga is Moksha, Liberation.

Our Vinyasa Yoga Classes challenge everyone in the room, why, well we like to replicate life. As you become accustomed to challenges you learn to deal with any situation that arises by using your breath to slow down your mind, how you deal with stressful situations on the mat and how you deal with whatever is thrown up to you.

Reflect a moment is your life at work, home in social situations a life without challenges, I know we all face adversity every day. Our aim is to teach everyone to live Yoga take the practice off the mat into your life. Using the tools you learn in Yoga to deal with the adversity that life throws up to you every day.

Our Yin Classes are like giving yourself a big hug, being held in a space where you spend the entire class in floor based shapes, where breath connects you to your consciousness and resets your nervous system. An experience that once you try will be a highlight of your week.
