Our heartfelt congratulations to both the buyers and sellers on the successful settlement of this original Karrinyup home this early week.

This was a particularly beautiful journey.

The home was built by the sellers’ father in the late 1970s. A true family home where generations of memories, family moments and treasured keepsakes were created and preserved.

The buyers fell in love with its original character and charm. They could see the potential in this special home and have the vision to lovingly transform it into their own family home, while appreciating what makes it unique.

And because this home has such wonderful retro vibes, I thought the sold photo should have a little retro makeover too! 😆

A bit of nostalgia, a bit of imagination and a lot of fun celebrating a home that has stood the test of time.

It truly was an honour to assist both the sellers and buyers through this special transition.
