Keys collected, paperwork signed, and handover completed with the builder.

We even had a very cute little supervisor on site making sure everything was in order before we left 🐶.

Now it’s time to find the right tenants for our owners.

Staying caffeinated, keeping things running smoothly, and helping people through every stage of their rental journey is all part of the job.

It’s busy, sometimes unpredictable, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Another day in the life of a Property Manager doing what I love. 💜

Today I swapped my Property Manager hat for my Coach’s hat. ⚽️

A great day at the carnival day with 4 games played and 2 wins on the board. More importantly, it was a day about community, bringing people together, supporting our kids, and making memories with family and friends.

Whether it’s helping clients with their investments during the week or coaching on the sidelines on the weekend, being part of a strong community is what it’s all about.

So much fun, so many laughs - soccer family ⚽️
