Today is one of those “where am I actually going next?” kind of days 😂

Out doing viewings in Innes Park and Woodgate, picking up keys for another 2 properties coming under our management and completing a couple of Entry Condition Reports 🔑🏡

A bit of driving, a lot of keys, plenty of messages and probably way too much coffee ☕️😂

Busy? Yep.
Complaining? Absolutely not.

I actually love the craziness of real estate — no two days are ever the same! 💜

Property management can be busy, stressful and full-on, and behind every email, phone call, inspection and set of keys is a person who might be carrying more than we realise.

So today, check in on your workmates, friends, family, tenants, owners — or anyone who might need it.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes just being there, listening and having a genuine conversation is enough. 💛

Two handovers, one beautiful morning! 🏡🔑🏡🔑

Drove to Innes Park this morning for the handover of two brand-new properties – definitely a great way to start the day!

I love the drive and taking in the scenery along the way. 🌳☀️ Innes Park really is such a beautiful spot.

Of course, with two handovers in one morning, a quick 10-minute stop to refuel was needed… and by refuel, I mean coffee ☕😂 because this Property Manager can never get enough!

Two new builds, two sets of keys ready to go, two new tenancies about to begin, and hopefully two very happy owners and tenants. 🔑💜

Busy mornings like this are one of my favourite parts of the job – especially when the office for 10 minutes comes with an ocean view! 🌊☀️

Sometimes we just need to stop working, put the phone down and be present. 💜

⚽️ Property Manager. Business Development Manager. Mum. Wife. Coach.

Today I put my coach’s hat on for the last time this year, and honestly, I’m feeling all the emotions. 🥹

This season has been busy — juggling work, family, soccer and everything in between — but moments like today remind me why it’s so important to stop, be present and enjoy it.

I’m SO proud of these kids and how far they’ve come together. Watching their confidence grow, seeing them support each other and just being part of their journey has been such a privilege. I love them all. 💚⚽️

A special thank you to my hubby 💜 for getting me through the soccer season — for the support, the help and for being there through all the craziness. ❤️

And then comes my very proud Mum moment… 🥹

My two eldest girls and their team have made it to the semi-finals! 🏆 Their skills, confidence and love for the game have grown so much this year, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Although… their training sessions have become VERY competitive between the two of them 😂⚽️
But what can I say — they’re sisters! 🤣

Today was a reminder that work will always be there, but these moments won’t.

Sometimes we just need to stop, be present and enjoy watching our kids do what they love. 💜⚽️

Handover day for a beautiful new build! 🔑💜

A morning of many, many photos for the Entry Condition Report 📸😅, making sure everything is ready for the new tenants and keeping our new landlords updated along the way.

Woodgate really is such a beautiful family location — and when work brings you this close to the beach, it would be rude not to grab a coffee and enjoy a little moment to myself before heading back to Hervey Bay. ☕️🌊

There’s something so satisfying about taking down a FOR LEASE sign! 🙌💜

It means another property LEASED, new tenants getting ready to call it home, and happy owners knowing their investment is taken care of. 🏡🔑
