Win Projects is looking for an 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to join our specialist project marketing team in 𝗣𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗮, 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘆.

We specialise in 𝗼𝗳𝗳-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 & 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, working across major new estates and developments throughout the Fraser Coast.

This is not a basic reception role. We are looking for someone who can become an important part of our 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 — managing contracts, sales files, spreadsheets, CRM systems and multiple transactions at the same time.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• Experience preparing and managing 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀
• Strong knowledge of 𝗩𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗥𝗘 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿
• Excellent 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• The ability to manage multiple sales at different stages
• Strong attention to detail
• Energy, professionalism and initiative
• A genuine desire to build a long-term career

Take a look back at Christensen Ridge — Stages 4 & 5.

The first image shows the land before the transformation began.

The second shows the earthmoving and civil works well underway, with roads starting to take shape across the site.

A proud day for Hervey Bay with the official opening of the new Hervey Bay Library and Community Hub on Main Street, Pialba.

This is a very impressive building and a fantastic community facility that will bring more people into the heart of Pialba and play an important role in revitalising our CBD.

I also attended the official ceremony in the new Council Chambers, with addresses from Fraser Coast Regional Council CEO Mica Martin, Mayor George Seymour - Fraser Coast , State Member for Hervey Bay David Lee MP and Queensland Senator Anthony Chisholm .

The new Council Chambers are equally impressive and provide a modern civic space fitting for a city of Hervey Bay’s size and continuing growth.

Congratulations to everyone involved in delivering this important project for our community.
