We’re looking for a switched on marketing person to join Win Group.

This is a flexible 20-30 hour per week marketing role based in Hervey Bay, starting casually with the opportunity to move into permanent part time for the right person.

The role will work across Win Projects, Hervey Bay Commercial Property Management, Win Group branding and FCPIA event promotion, so no two weeks will look exactly the same.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, organised and confident with:

Social media and paid ads
Website updates and optimisation
Branding, logos and design
Brochures, IMs and signage
Event promotion, TryBooking pages and invitations
Podcast/video filming, editing and promotion
AI tools and emerging marketing technology

This is not an entry level role. We need someone with real marketing experience who can take ownership, work independently and help lift the quality and consistency of our brands.

This role could suit someone wanting school hour flexibility, a return to work marketing role, or a skilled local marketer looking for variety without full time hours.

I was born and raised on the Fraser Coast long before we even had a Hervey Bay Hospital (apart from a few years away at university). I've had the privilege of seeing firsthand just how much our region has grown and evolved over the years.

This article certainly wasn't intended to be controversial or critical. Quite the opposite. I love living here and chose to build my career and raise my family on the Fraser Coast. For me it's simply a conversation about what opportunities might exist to make an already great region even better✨
