Every new home is reviewed by the Wirraglen Design Review Panel to ensure it meets the covenant requirements and contributes to a neighbourhood of enduring quality and beauty.
That means each home will feature:
• Thoughtful roof design and articulation to add character and visual interest
• A minimum roof pitch of 25 degrees, giving homes an elegant and timeless look
• Non-reflective roofing materials for a softer, more cohesive streetscape
• Generous ceiling heights of at least 2550mm to create light-filled, spacious interiors
• Welcoming front entries with glazed doors or sidelights
• Designs that reduce the dominance of garage doors and enhance street appeal
• A mix of complementary materials and muted colours on façades for harmony across the estate
These requirements aren’t just rules—they’re the foundation of a neighbourhood where every home adds to the charm, liveability, and value of Wirraglen.
