🏡 Phew… and the week isn’t even over yet!
What a busy and exciting week it’s been here at Master Key Realty! There’s been plenty happening behind the scenes, some wonderful results and, most importantly, some very happy buyers and sellers. ❤️
And while we’re out and about putting up SOLD and UNDER CONTRACT signs, can we just say how lovely it is to see everything looking so green again! 🌿 Don’t you just love the fresh green grass after all that recent rain? The countryside is looking beautiful!
Now, we thought we’d share a little of what Alan has been up to lately!
🏡 Lot 20 Susan Crescent, Proston is SOLD and settling tomorrow, Friday!
🏡 24 Jellicoe Street, Proston is SOLD and settling next week!
🏡 30 Susan Crescent, Proston was only just listed and SOLD on the very same day! Yes, you read that right, one day!
🏡 746 Mondure Wheatlands Road, Mondure was launched yesterday, and we already have an inspection booked for this afternoon!
🏡 14 Harris Street, Hivesville is another fantastic new listing, and the interest generated through our social media has been wonderful!
🏡 10 William Street, Hivesville is now UNDER CONTRACT, with a lovely buyer excited to have secured her new home just in time for Christmas. We couldn’t be happier for her!
🏡 Lot 54 Butler Drive, Proston has also been snapped up and is now UNDER CONTRACT!
And guess what? We’re not finished yet!
We have another new listing getting ready for photography, plus a rather special property we’ll be bringing to the market very soon. We can’t wait to share them with you!
Behind every one of these properties is a story. Sellers moving on to their next chapter, buyers finding somewhere to call home and plenty of conversations, negotiations and hard work along the way.
And that’s where Alan really shines.
