🚨 Baldwin Conveyancing’s emails have been hacked. We are doing our best to rectify the issue but it appears the attackers are persistent.

Please be cautious of any emails from fake addresses posing as Baldwin Conveyancing and DO NOT click on any links you find within these emails!

Fake email addresses purporting to be from Baldwin Conveyancing are requesting a review of a file via Drop Box - It is spam!

*These emails seem to be coming from a Paul Faganel.

Given the nature of our work, we take security very seriously and are looking to fix this issue ASAP.

If you are unsure of the contents of an email, we ask you to notify us and please be hesitant in your responses.

If you could please share to anyone you know is currently dealing with Baldwin Conveyancing that would be greatly appreciated.

Baldwin Conveyancing is hiring!

I am looking for an Experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistant who, among many other qualities, has exceptional communication skills, is reliable, focused, able to multi-task, has strong attention to detail, supportive & a hard worker.

In this role, you will cover all aspects of the conveyancing process with an exceptional customer focus and delivery of service to all stakeholders.

The position is full-time and is based in our Hobart office.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated experience in conveyancing
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality of service

New Year, New Office!

A lot happened last year, and while we were quiet on Facebook, it definitely wasn't a quiet 2022!

Baldwin Conveyancing welcomed Jane to the office which has given much needed support throughout our day-to-day matters.

I may have been quiet on Facebook, but it certainly hasn't been a quiet 2021! I wanted to say a huge thankyou to everyone who has supported and joined me on my journey in 2021 with Baldwin Conveyancing.

Every positive comment, review and referral from clients makes it all worthwhile….even though there have been some very long hours and tough days. I look forward to 2022 and the opportunities that will arise.

I hope everyone has a happy and safe Christmas and New Year.

I will be taking some time off to enjoy the sunshine and walks along the beach!
