🏡 Seller WANTED – EASTERN SHORE & SURROUNDING AREAS
I have a genuine buyer currently looking for their next home and I’m putting the call out to my network.
They’re looking for:
🔹 3–4 bedrooms
�🔹 If 3 bedrooms, ideally space or potential to convert/extend
�🔹 Small to modest yard – low maintenance is fine
�🔹 2 bathrooms, or potential to add a second bathroom if the price and property stack up
�🔹 Garage, preferably lockable, but happy to consider properties with potential to build or extend
�🔹 Eastern Shore preferred – particularly Bellerive, Howrah, Lindisfarne & Tranmere
�🔹 Open to considering other areas for the right property
An important point for potential sellers:
�The buyers need to sell their current property before they purchase, which could actually be an advantage for someone who needs a little more time to prepare their property, organise their move or work around their own timing.
They’re genuine buyers and are happy to look at properties that may not tick every box, particularly where there is good potential to improve or add value.
