Five more Certificate IV graduates to celebrate 💫

Congratulations to Ayleia, Lochie, Tracey, Nat and Jorja, who have all completed their Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Getting there means mastering trust accounts and legislation, sharpening communication and marketing skills, and choosing a specialisation in either sales or property management. Balancing that alongside their current workload isn't easy, and it shows just how capable these five are.

📣 MEDIA RELEASE | Updated modelling warns housing package could cut supply and push rents higher

New independent modelling released by the REIA, Master Builders Australia, Housing Industry Association - HIA and Property Council estimates the Federal Budget housing package could result in:

🏠 10,700 fewer new homes
📈 Rents rising by approximately $10 per week
👷 More than 4,700 fewer construction jobs
📉 A $1.05 billion reduction in cumulative GDP

The joint statement warns that Australia cannot address its housing shortage through policies that make it harder to finance, build, and supply homes.

Recently Michelle and Tameka attended leadership professional development in Melbourne with the incredible Rik Rushton. There was so much to learn and so many new voices that we can't wait to introduce to our Tasmanian agents.
We were joined by Tassie agent Tatum who made the trip to develop her leadership skills.

We then had the pleasure of attending a networking event with some of our favourites who have brought to much to our Tassie agents already: Ellen, Matt, Sarah, Travis and Kirk.

At the REIT, we take training seriously and are always looking for the best of the best people, ideas and products to bring to the island.
