I turned up to a routine inspection this week and was completely surprised with this beautiful bunch of flowers simply, just because.

These tenants have been with me since I first started at Nest, so over the years we’ve built a really lovely relationship that goes beyond just a tenancy.

Their gorgeous little boy calls me “Aunty” and blows me kisses whenever I see him, and it absolutely melts my heart.

Receiving these flowers during what was otherwise just a normal routine inspection genuinely made my day.

Property management is so much more than properties, paperwork and inspections. It’s about the people you meet, the relationships you build and the little moments that remind you how lucky you are to do what you do.

Thank you so much for this beautiful surprise, it was so very appreciated. 🌸

I’m so excited to share that I have once again been named a REIT finalist for Residential Property Manager of the Year 2026!

After being incredibly fortunate to take home Residential Property Manager of the Year in 2025, this year feels a little different. I’m heading into the awards night with one goal, to celebrate! ❤️

I’m so excited to head to Devonport next month, dress up, enjoy the evening and soak up every moment alongside some wonderful friends and colleagues who are also finalists.

Being recognised amongst some of the incredible talent in our industry is something I’m genuinely proud of, and I’m grateful to everyone who has supported me, trusted me with their properties and been part of my journey.

No pressure, no expectations this time… just good company, a beautiful night and a chance to celebrate how far we’ve come. 🥂🏡

Every day looks different, and that’s exactly what I love about this career. Property management is so much more than opening doors or sending emails, it’s about building trust, solving problems, protecting our clients’ investments, and helping people feel at home.
