We are seeking a part-time and full time Sales Consultant to join our agency. You should be motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused with great communication skills. You should have a genuine desire to learn and a strong work ethic. Experience is welcomed but not essential.
Your new position as Sales Consultant will include but not be limited to the following:
* Working alongside our Senior Sales Consultants
* Database management, setting up and maintaining tasks, loyalty programs and lead generation
* Attending Saturday, mid-week or private inspections and auctions, as required
* Administrating buyer enquiries, sending out contracts and creating buyer profiles
* Booking and preparing all marketing materials and submitting to sales campaign coordinator
* Booking and attending photo sessions, building inspections and bank valuation appointments
* Hours & days are flexible for part time agents however Saturday’s are a non-negotiable
To be successful for this role you must possess the following:
* A great attitude and professional presentation
* Enthusiasm for the job and exceptional customer service
* The ability to take initiative and be highly organised
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* An Agent's Representative Certificate (this can be obtained during probation period)
* A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle
* Sales experience from other industries is most welcome
