-Have a current car license with a minimum of a medium rigid truck classification preferred
-Be physically fit and able to manoeuvre large wool bales
-Have a base knowledge of agriculture and more specifically, wool production
-A current forklift license is preferred but not essential
-The ability to identify differing wool types is preferred
