Well the tender process is over and it was a VERY complex and difficult process.

ALL lots are now under offer.

Statistically there were almost 50 individuals making, on average, offers on about 4 lots. The average sale was in excess of $370,000.

We should have a further 18 lots in the next 6 to 12 months.
