The proposed 350% expansion threatens to take over our cherished public harbour, impacting the natural beauty, heritage, and accessibility of Kelly’s Bush and Clarke’s Point — This green space our families love to enjoy!!

Great news for borrowers…

Fresh data from the ABS shows core inflation has fallen to 2.4% in Q4 of last year. The lowest in three years!

With inflation now within the RBA’s target range and economic growth slowing, economists are predicting rate cuts as early as February 18th (or at least in the first half of 2025).

Lower interest rates could mean cheaper borrowing costs and renewed momentum in the property market.
