The RBA has kept interest rates on hold at 4.35% and has decided not to move rates for now while they watch how things play out over the next few weeks.

The economy’s slowing down a bit. Unemployment has crept up. But inflation’s still hanging around.

For buyers and sellers, it’s probably the least dramatic outcome. Just a bit more certainty until the RBA meets again in August.
