🎉 Stage 10 Update

Exciting progress at Harlowe! We’re thrilled to share that Stage 10 has officially reached Practical Completion, marking a major milestone for our purchasers and community.

All civil works, including roads, drainage and essential infrastructure, are now complete, with Council issuing the Practical Completion Certificate. This milestone brings us one step closer to the most exciting stage yet, with titles and settlement on track for next month!

There’s plenty happening behind the scenes as we move closer to settlement. We look forward to sharing further updates as we get closer.

🏡 A Community Taking Shape!

Exciting progress continues across Harlowe, with major construction milestones achieved and the community continuing to come to life.

In our latest Q3 Construction Update, our Development Manager, Mike Mortimer takes you through the latest progress from site, including:

• Stage 9 now settled, with new residents preparing to build their dream homes
• Stage 10 now more than 75% complete
• Stage 11 construction progressing well
• Gumbilang Lar Reserve now officially open
• Exciting progress at our future Early Learning Centre

Construction is now well underway on our new drainage reserve, another important step in bringing more green open space to the Harlowe community!

Designed to do more than manage stormwater, the drainage reserve will become a beautiful natural space where families can explore, play and connect with nature.

When complete, the space will be home to:
🌳 100 new trees
🌼 More than 18,000 native shrubs and feature plants
⚽ A kick-about area for outdoor fun
🦘 Native animal sculptures waiting to be discovered throughout the reserve

It's all part of our vision to create a community where nature and everyday life come together. We can't wait to share more updates as this exciting new space continues to take shape!

Construction is progressing quickly at Harlowe’s new Early Learning Centre!

Inside, plastering and VJ panelling are now complete, with painting set to begin next week. The joinery fitout is also underway, with classrooms and key internal spaces starting to take shape.

Outside, concrete has been poured for the driveway and carpark, marking another exciting milestone as the centre continues to come to life. We can’t wait to see this fantastic new community facility open its doors later this year.

Stage 10 is making great progress at Harlowe!

Construction on Stage 10 is now over 50% complete, with road and concrete works well underway. Kerb and channel installation has recently been completed, marking another exciting milestone for the community. Over the coming weeks, the remaining concrete works will be finalised as construction continues to move ahead.

We're pleased to share that titles are on track for November 2026. We are excited to welcome more future residents home to Harlowe.

Construction is continuing to progress at the future Early Learning Centre at Harlowe. More major milestones have been reached, bringing this much anticipated community facility one step closer for local families.
✅ Plaster has been completed throughout the building
☀️ Solar panels are now installed
🏡 External cladding is well underway
🚶 Concrete paths surrounding the centre have been poured

It's exciting to see the Early Learning Centre really starting to take shape and the important role it will play in supporting Harlowe families for years to come.
We're looking forward to welcoming little learners through the doors early next year!

Thank you to everyone who joined us last weekend to celebrate the official opening of Gumbilang Lar Reserve. It was incredible to see families, neighbours and the wider community come together to enjoy the new park, kids’ activities, complimentary coffee and community fun.

Gumbilang Lar Reserve, meaning "resting place" in the Dja Dja Wurrung language has been designed as a place for connection, play and gathering. We’re excited to see this new community space become part of everyday life at Harlowe.
