💛 TPR Charity of the Month - July Update 💛
Mollie & Ashleigh had the pleasure of dropping off our donations to Tassie Mums this morning, and visiting their workplace really put into perspective just how incredibly big, broad and impactful their work is.
Thanks to the generosity of our wonderful community, we were able to raise over $800 worth of donated goods and funds to support Tassie Mums and the incredible work they do. 🥰
Tassie Mums are currently supporting 3,148 children across Tasmania, including 150 children right here in the Huon Valley. The incredible work these ladies do reaches so many families in need across a multitude of different circumstances. From essential baby items, cots and clothing, to toys, bedding, books, school supplies, toiletries and so much more, Tassie Mums helps provide children with the essentials they need to feel safe, supported and cared for.
Seeing firsthand the scale of what happens behind the scenes was truly inspiring. Every donation, every volunteer hour and every contribution helps make a meaningful difference to Tasmanian children and their families.
We are so proud to have been able to contribute, and incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, contributed funds and helped us put these items together. What may seem like a small contribution can make a huge difference to a child and family in need.
A wonderful reminder of just how much can be achieved when our community comes together. Thank you Tassie Mums for the incredible work you do for families across our beautiful state.
We are also still happily accepting donations! If you have any new or second hand children's books, baby wipes or boys' underwear in sizes 1–4, Tassie Mums are currently in need of these items. If you have something you would like to donate, you are welcome to drop it into our office and we will make sure it gets to Tassie Mums.
