Well, we can be proud of our 80 x 5-star reviews across our booking platforms for our lovely hosted B&B.

Thank you to all our past guests, and welcome in advance to all future guests and friends we have yet to meet. The BEST THING about hosting is not just providing a cosy, comfortable private space for our guests to enjoy, but to have them come to appreciate just what a special, unique place Iluka is and what it means for all of us to live here.

Being surrounded by nature is significant to our humanity and keeps us grounded in a troubled world. Our guests get to step away from their busy lives for a few days or a few weeks, and we are grateful to be able to share that opportunity.

To all the amazing photographers out there who remind us daily of the beauty and biodiversity in our backyards by posting your beautiful pictures, thank you. It is soulful and uplifting to be reminded daily of what we are all blessed to enjoy and benefit from.

This is a SENSATIONALLY spacious Airbnb with such a beautifully serene feeling. Delighted by so many things - extremely generous supply of delicious food in the fridge, an outdoor day bed and swing with a ‘ready to go’ pot belly stove and amply growing herb pots, a gorgeous bathroom with huge open shower both inside and out. Loved the close proximity to the township of Iluka. Our host Kerrie was wonderful to communicate with. I’ve already booked a return visit. Janelle July 2023 🌻💕✨

😀😀I absolutely loved staying at Kerrie’s place in Iluka - couldn’t recommend it more highly! Kerrie was an incredible host, always responsive and gave great recommendations about the local area (which is incredibly beautiful and has such a unique landscape). The place itself was lovely - clean, comfy and peaceful

Thankyou Margie and Gary for your 5 star review. Was a pleasure to meet you both. Had a fantastic 3 nights at Kerrie and John's. Everything was perfect plus more. Little extra touches to make us welcome on our anniversary 💕 Enjoyed the outdoor space with the sun in the mornings and fire at night. Outdoor hot shower amazing. Iluka is beautiful and we had the added bonus of catching some good fish. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing and charming space that represents the sleepy and laidback vibe of Iluka than look no further. All creature comforts have been thought of in this space that is superbly located, walking distance from, shops, restaurants, bars and the ferry. Kerrie’s space is well thought out with all those little extra details provided making for a comfortable stay and with great ‘things to do” suggestions provided before arrival. Me and my partner loved the outdoor shower making the return walks from the beach easy to de salt and sand ourselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend Kerrie’s space to anyone looking to stay in Iluka.

Iluka is a gorgeous, quiet, peaceful location that is a perfect getaway. Kerrie has thought of everything in designing the space and I was very comfortable and felt at home over my long stay. I especially appreciated the full kitchen that had everything I needed for cooking and showed an eye for detail and care in the amenities selected. I also enjoyed the private, attractive outdoor living space which was another space to enjoy the local birdsong, read a book and sip my coffee. The outdoor shower was great for cleaning up after a swim at the beach. I slept great in the comfortable bed and had plenty of space to unpack my things and settle in. The property is within walking distance of everything in town including the bakery, the butcher, cafe, supermarket, etc. so I did not use my car unless I left town. Kerrie and John were wonderful hosts. They couldn't have been any more friendly, hospitable, and enthusiastic about Iluka and all-natural beauty it has.😀

Affordable rates for that little getaway from $115 per night low season with discounts for longer stays. 3 night min. No pets as we have no fences sorry. We look forward to sharing our beautiful surroundings with you.

Why come to beautiful Iluka. Well, there are many natural reasons why. Here are just a few.
Surrounded by the country of the Bundjalung, Gumbaynggirr and Yaegl people as the Traditional Owners of the land on which we live and work much of the local land is now managed by National Parks. The multiple beaches, rocky platforms, sand dunes, mangrove and heritage littoral rainforest bushwalks ecosystems combined with the pulsing tidal rhythms of the mighty Clarence River will see you totally immersed in nature during your visit. .
