A Massive week here at Headlands Estate.

Footpaths all done along Logan Read, Just a little more to do into the park.

Bio's are done, which marks the end of all the stormwater infrastructure.

Electrical guys are here on Monday to pull cables and fit off green boys.

The last of the Survey pickup and peg placement early next week.

Street Trees are in and we have some turf down, more next week.

Backfill with topsoil in a few places and tidy up next week and we are so close to finishing we can smell it.

It a quick Saturday update @ beeeautiful Headlands Estate.

Water crossings under Logan Road this week and a major pit at the lower bio basin. We should see roads forming up next week.

It’s a Saturday, Molly update today.

Sorry I forgot my drone, was going to give you a fly through. Next week.

We still have a few weeks to go until practical completion. Then it’s a passage through Council and Titles for registration.

We are still hopeful for registration in June.

You can settle anytime after that.

Please watch out for the wildlife, they live here too.
