🏡 STAGE 1A IS COMING TO LIFE AT INNES ESTATE! 🏡

It's exciting to see the progress taking place across Stage 1A, with all the lots now under construction in some form, from site cuts and house pads through to freshly poured slabs, frames and homes already well underway.

It was also fantastic to see how well the sites are being maintained. A big thank you to the builders and homeowners for keeping their sites tidy and taking care around the footpaths and street trees throughout the Estate.

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW STAGE 1B & 3A INNES ESTATE LANDOWNERS! 🎉

Congratulations to all the new buyers at Innes Estate who settled last week and with a few more settlements taking place this week.

A massive thank you to Sonia Hancock, who has been part of the Innes Estate journey since the early days of the development.

🌊 Big Milestone Achieved at Innes Estate! 🌊

We are excited to announce that Innes Estate has officially received Stage 1 and 3A On Maintenance approval and plan sealing this week! ✅

For our buyers, who we are excited to soon see calling Innes Estate home, this is a major step forward. Maintenance approval and plan sealing are key milestones in the development process, bringing this one step closer to create the property titles. With these approvals now in place, the titles process is now underway. 🏡✨

A huge thank you to our team. This is a significant milestone for the development and reflects the dedication, hard work, and commitment of everyone involved.

Special thank you to Bundaberg Regional Council for their support and collaboration with this development.

We were also honoured to welcome Mayor Helen Blackburn and Carmen McEneany to see the development, and it was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the progress being made, introduce our team, and share the exciting future of Innes Estate. Thank you both for taking the time to visit and see the development firsthand.

Another exciting update this week! 🌿✨

A few more final touches on the Pearl Stage was completed, with the sidewalk grass and street trees now completed. We are excited to have Mi Electric with us on this development, who has been doing a fantastic job with the electrical installation. The final touches of the green pillars and street lights have now been installed.

Great work, Development Construction Pty Ltd, Mi Electric and to the rest of our team behind the scenes working hard to bring this all together! 👏
