Last night it was a pleasure to attend the grand opening of the Shine Lawyers new offices at 11 Bell & 15 East St, Ipswich! It was an honour to have Mayor Teresa Harding, sporting her hi-vis work wear, visit our building while she officially opened the superbly fitted out Shine Lawyers premises.

We are delighted to welcome Shine Lawyers to 11 Bell & 15 East Street. Shine Lawyers have taken a long term lease over a full floor of the beautifully refurbished heritage component of the property fronting Bell St. They join MyHealth medical centre, Friendly Care pharmacy, and Epic Assist to take up occupancy in this newly refurbished, strikingly modern office building in the heart of the CBD.

11 Bell & 15 East has a total of 1700 sqm of brand-new office space available for lease - these areas can be subdivided to suit various office accommodation requirements. The building is conveniently located beside the Ipswich Train Station and opposite the exciting new Nicholas Street precinct. There is also fantastic parking for both staff and customers, and prominent signage available to tenants.

We have another exciting lease commitment to announce in the coming days, with a well-known Australian organisation committing to a long-term lease in the building.
