Last night at the VICPROP 2026 Annual Awards was an emotional and surreal moment, a feeling of happiness, pride and relief knowing the vision, hard work, sacrifice, blood, sweat and tears are all coming together.
What makes it even more special is that this was VICPROP Ivanhoe’s first full year.
Twelve months ago, we set ourselves ambitious targets that genuinely scared us. To achieve those targets and more, and be recognised as the #1 Office across the VICPROP network throughout Victoria, is something our entire team is incredibly proud of.
On a personal level, being recognised as the #1 Agent across the VICPROP network for the financial year is incredibly humbling. This has been a personal goal I have worked tirelessly towards, and after countless hours, sacrifices and challenges, it means more than I can put into words.
A special thank you to Maggie and my parents, my number one supporters through every high and low. I couldn’t have achieved this without you.
Congratulations to James R, recognised as the #1 Lead Generator across the network, Valentina, our incredible Office Manager and the backbone of our business, and Maggie Sun on achieving the best results of her career.
Congratulations also to Jin and the Manningham team, and Liam and his team on an outstanding Top 3 finish. The healthy competition and collaboration across VICPROP continue to push us all forward.
