First of all, we’d like to say a very big thank you! Your advice and workmanship are so valuable and we can clearly see how it adds to the overall sale. I think you have actually opened all our eyes (even the boys), when it comes to de-cluttering etc.

"When it was suggested that Peter from Prepare and Present, pay us a visit when we were listing our house for sale, I was a little worried about it. I have my house set up the way I wanted it and the thought of someone else telling me what to do, did not impress me at all.
Anyway, Pete came around, first impressions was he seemed like a nice guy, that really knew his area of expertise. Some of the suggestions made my Pete, I thought not on your life! However, needing to sell our house quickly, as we had purchased elsewhere, I thought I need to at least try.

Some of the details Peter went into I had never thought about, like the distance between furniture and walls. He went on to explain clutter, we may not think it is, but in fact it was making the house look so much smaller. The list went on.

Peter spent quite a lot of time explaining the whys and helping us. Our first open day, everyone commented on the presentation of our home. The house sold quickly, so I must admit, one is never too old to learn and what we may think is right for this house, may be a nightmare for someone looking to purchase it.

A quick afternoons work to help present this property a little better prior to the open home.

A client needed to add a shed for some additional storage but had mismatched the colours. We erected the base, put up the shed, matched the colour and then added a little camouflage to make it look more established.

I was asked to refresh a little garden shed to try and improve the feel of the backyard. It turned into a very enjoyable and rewarding little job.

An interesting fencing job successfully completed over the weekend. A few little challenges to overcome on the way but we got up a nice straight privacy fence to the owners specifications. A highly enjoyable weekend and a great outcome that really adds to the property.
