Happy Tuesday everyone ♥️

I hope you all had a lovely Easter break with the fam.

I thought I’d let you all know, I’ve made a tough decision.

That is, to let my real estate career go for the time being. Having 3 small children; 1 of which with ADHD & 1 with ADHD & ASD, I have decided to put my career on a long pause until I can get them the help they need.

I’ve always loved real estate, from my first job when I was 18. Now, my love and attention need to be elsewhere.

It’s definitely not goodbye forever but will be for a while.

A huge thank you to everyone who has helped me to get me where I wanted to be, I couldn’t of done any of it without your constant support and encouragement.

I’ll still be here to answer any realestate questions you have and can send you to a great team if you’re looking to sell ♥️

Today, the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) raised the official cash rate by 25 basis points to 3.60% 🏦📈💰

Recently released data has shown that inflation has begun to fall, although it will take some time to reach a level where the RBA can hold rates steady. Encouragingly, the property market has improved in the past month, with our agents reporting higher attendance at open homes and stronger auction clearance rates above 60% for the past six weeks.

Despite this positive trend, the RBA's decision today will continue to affect the property market, but the impact should be limited by the low unemployment rates and the ongoing shortage of properties for sale.
