The home is located on 7 acres with direct access to the pristine Kangaroo River and enjoys a sunny northerly outlook towards the river and

the mountains beyond. It is also conveniently located just a short two minute walk from the shops and cafes of Kangaroo Valley Village village. The open plan living area is full of light with large glass sliding doors opening up onto the veranda. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine while sitting in front of the slow combustion wood fireplace (wood provided May - September) and their comfort is assured year round with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the property. There is also a separate media room adjoining the main living area where the kids can watch a movie without disturbing the adults. A second smaller TV is also located in the main living area. For those looking to prepare meals the kitchen is fully equipped including a large 900mm oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). There is also a Weber gas BBQ and outdoor dining table located on the veranda for alfresco dining. Meadow Mist boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite and the remaining three bedrooms each have Queen beds making the property perfect for groups of up to 8. In addition to the ensuite the second main bathroom is complete with a spacious bath tub to unwind after an adventurous day of exploring. For added convenience this bathroom offers a separate toilet with a third toilet also being located in the laundry. From Meadow Mist, it is just a short walk or drive to local attractions and activities that Kangaroo Valley offers. Whether you're up for bush walking, visiting historic sites, or exploring local eateries - there's something for absolutely everyone!

If you’re visiting Kangaroo Valley Sunday to Thursday nights until Thursday 21st August, the Hampden Bridge will be closed for repair works from 8pm until 5am. This will affect travellers coming via the highlands and Barrengarry Mountain so make sure you arrive in KV in plenty of time to avoid going the long way around!

Change of dates for Sculpture in the Valley.

We have taken the difficult decision to reschedule Sculpture in the Valley 2025 to the weekends of November 15 and 16, 22 and 23.

Recent unseasonable heavy and prolonged rain has soaked into the paddocks and, in just a few weeks, made the exhibition unviable. The new dates will allow time for parking paddocks to dry out so we can stage this fabulous festival of sculpture and welcome thousands of visitors from around the state and country.

Sculpture in the Valley relies on the generosity of land-owners to provide exhibition sites. This means permanent weather-proofed infrastructure cannot feasibly be put in place.

Our committed artists and dedicated team of volunteers and supporters will ensure the rescheduled show will be our best one yet. We hope you can help us celebrate.

Would you like to wake up to this view? Three of the four bedrooms at Meadow Mist look out on this stunning vista of green paddocks with trees and escarpment in the background. It’s a short stroll through the paddocks to Kangaroo Valley River but bring your gumboots and a sense of adventure - it has been a bit wet lately.

The team at Delicious Gardens has done a magnificent job landscaping the front yard and planting mostly native plants in the garden. We can’t wait to watch it grow over the coming years! Come and visit and see how it’s looking. 🪴

If you’re in town tonight, this is the place to be. The fireworks kick off at around 9pm and they are always spectacular. Pop over early for a bite to eat.

In case you missed it - New Years Eve fireworks will be taking place from 9pm at The Friendly Inn. Entry is $20, with kids under 13 free.
