Requirements:
🌻Previous experience in gardening and landscaping

The role is for a casual General Handy Person to join our team of skilled people performing property repairs within the Karratha area.

What we’re looking for:

*Experienced with power tools
*Capable of working solo
* Current C class drivers licence
* Current police clearance
* Basic computer skills and ability to accurately record parts used
* Ability to perform basic property repairs unsupervised including but not limit to:
* Door and door hardware replacement & repair
* Door and window frame replacement &
installation
* Skirting boards and trim replacement
* Small tiling repairs
* Fence and gate repairs
* Pool fence maintenance and installation
* Kitchen bench top and cabinetry replacement
* Timber deck re sealing
* Kitchen, bathroom and laundry cabinetry replacement and repair
* Office and furniture relocation
* Furniture and flat pack assembly
