We had the pleasure of closing our office and taking our team to Perth on Friday, August 21st, to attend the Ray White WA 2025/2026 Annual Awards at Crown Ballroom.

Our team dressed up and enjoyed the glitz and glamour of the evening with over 600 guests representing more than 50 offices in WA, celebrating the achievements and award winners of WA's largest real estate group.

We had a number of team members who were finalists in their respected categories:

Our amazing receptionist, Alison Gilday was the best Front Desk Operator in WA. Well done, Ali!

For the tenth year in a row, our property management team won Top PM Business—an amazing effort by the team competing with over 50 offices across WA in both regional and metropolitan markets.

In the sales awards, our Principal Richard Naulls was once again in the Top 10 Principals for both the number of sales and settled commission—a great effort by him and the sales team.

To be recognized in all aspects of the business—sales, property management, and administration—clearly shows we are one team.

Richard and Narelle are extremely proud of our team and their achievements, but they are more grateful and humbled by the team's constant commitment to work hard, improve daily, and ensure they look after every single client, whether they are owners, tenants, or contractors, who we thank for trusting us with their realestate needs, and are why Ray White Karratha has been a part of the Karratha community for over 30 years and look forward to many more
