We will have a skeleton staff in the office today for urgent matters as many of us remain cut off due to floodwaters. If you need to contact us call (08) 8972 2788 or even better email us [email protected].
For contractors - if you need to collect keys or drop them off, please call (08) 8972 2788 to ensure someone is in the office and come to the back door for collection. Wishing for everyone to stay safe and dry.

Our thoughts are with all our tenants and landlords who have been impacted by the flood.
TENANTS - If you experienced flooding and are now clear of the flood water but without power you will need a Certificate of Compliance from an electrician. Contact us through the usual methods (preferably by using your QR code, on the inside of the cupboard under the kitchen sink). If your property didn't flood and you have no power when the rest of your street does please contact your provider.
LANDLORDS - We are currently assessing all affected properties, please refrain from SMS or phoning unless it is urgent. We will be attending to emails as quickly as possible.
