🏠 Sebastopol Rodent Removal & Roof Space Sanitisation

We were recently called to a home in Sebastopol near Ballarat after the owners noticed a persistent foul smell coming from the ceiling area.

Termite job completed in Upper Ferntree Gully.

This property had active Coptotermes termites throughout the home — one of the most destructive termite groups we deal with.

The first step was direct treatment using Fipforce Dust. This dust is carefully applied into active termite workings. The termites then carry it through the colony by contact and grooming, helping spread the treatment beyond the initial application points.

We allowed 30 days for the treatment to take effect, then returned to reinspect the property and confirmed there were no live termites remaining.

Once the active termites were eliminated, we installed a Termidor HE chemical system to the subfloor to provide ongoing termite protection.

🟡 European Wasps Are Extremely Aggressive 🟡

🚨 This is what happens when European wasps are left too long… 🚨

We attended a home in Epping where a European wasp nest had been active inside a wall cavity for quite some time.

The result?
👉 Moisture from the nest built up so much that the internal plaster wall turned to mush
👉 The wall was starting to break down
👉 The wasps were not far off entering the home
