Did you know that Mather Farm is home to a wide variety of native wildlife? A wander through our gardens can bring you face to face with one of our resident Bobtail's, some of the many bird species that call Mather Farm and the Central Wheatbelt home, or even a microbat that can be seen hunting for insects at dusk. Did you know the Wheatbelt has world-class stargazing? With low levels of artificial light pollution, it is perfect for astrophotography, or just taking a moment to breathe in the clean air and stare at the wonders of outerspace.

Did you know the name "Tammin" was derived from the name of a small marsupial found in the area, the tammar, one of the smallest species of wallaby!
